Come taste a dinner featuring traditional Norwegian lutefisk!

Bosque County has a large concentration of Norwegian descendants.  Lutefisk, made from dried whitefish, is a traditional dish of the Nordic countries. Dinner guests came from all over Texas, as well as from Norway, to enjoy this special evening.

Norwegian Lutefisk Dinner preparation

The meal is served family-style by friendly high school students.  During dinner, younger students dressed in traditional costumes entertain the crowd with their dances.
